“I think if you were to talk to Dick Cheney’s daughter, who is a lesbian, she would tell you that she’s being who she was, she’s being who she was born as. I think if you talk to anybody, it’s not choice,” Kerry said.
So why did he HAVE to bring in Dick Cheney’s daughter? Couldn’t he have said “I think if you were to talk to any person, who is gay, they would tell you that they are being who they are, being who they were born as. I think if you talk to anybody, it’s not choice”.
Something tells me it was a plan by the Kerry/Edwards team to try and swing the anti-gay/lesbian voters to his side by pointing out that the VP has a lesbian daughter.
Kerry will sadly stop at nothing.
